60 Minute SESSIONS
Set sail on your cruise to fitness! Anchors Away isn’t a PDF meal plan or a calendar workout where you’re going at it alone. I will be there with 360 degree support: for you, to encourage you, and with you, to celebrate your accomplishments. The intimate one-on-one work is unique for each client.
Together, we’ll define goals you can get excited about and navigate your course to completion. You’ll learn the ShipShape strategies for success, plus how to adjust and align your lifestyle to weather the changing winds and tides of life.
You can expect me to hold you accountable to your goals and motivate you to succeed! Whether your dream is to look and feel amazing for a big event, increase mobility and strength, keep up with the grand-kids on the beach, or simply get back on track, I’ll be here to coach and encourage your success.
Don’t worry if you’re feeling a little rocky when it comes to exercise. We’ll steady your skills and remind you how fitness can be fun!
