Kathy is a Senior Home Safety Specialist and Age Safe America Advisor Member. She provides home safety assessments which include a 240-question assessment evaluating all areas inside and out of the home. These include exterior entrances, interior doors, halls, stairs, lighting, fire hazards, stairs thresholds etc.

A summary of identified areas of risk and recommendations for improvements is provided.

SAFETY SUPPORT

we evaluate the need for ADDITIONAL safety support

Ensuring the Care Team, which may be made up of family, friends, professionals, and/or a combination thereof, is in a communication loop for appropriate and ongoing care, is a critical component for success.

Personal Emergency Response Systems are there when others are not. I have partnered with Electronic Caregiver, LSM #55227, a technology that helps the elderly and chronically ill live safely and independently in their homes.

When they need help, clients can reach  first responders at the touch of a button and get help immediately. At the same time, designated family members and caregivers are automatically notified.

Services include the following:

  • Emergency Alerting

  • Care Reminders - medication, appts etc.

  • Physician On-demand

  • Medicare reimbursed Advanced Remote Patient Monitoring services
